We design everything in-house with a darkly cute, alternative twist. From gothic baby onesies to witchy planners and spooky kids’ books, every item is made with love (and a little rebellion).

📦 Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Barrie Ontario, Canada.

🌎 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note customs or import fees may apply outside of Canada. We recommend international clients consider purchasing from our Etsy shop to save on any additional duties or VAT fees

⏱ How long will my order take to arrive?

Average shipping times:

  • Canada: 2-7 business days
  • US: 5–12 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days (varies by country)

*duration of shipping varies based on your location and your distance from me. We always choose the fastest and most economical shipping option.  If you have any problems with shipping please reach out to us and we can contact the shipping carrier for updates. If packages are deemed lost we can either remake and resend your order or offer a full refund depending on your preference.

Digital downloads are instant — you’ll get a link as soon as your payment clears.

🎸What sizes do your baby onesies and shirts come in?

  • Onesies: 0-3 to –18-24 months
  • Toddler Tees: 2T – 5T
    We use quality cotton blanks for comfort, durability, and all those messy adventures.
  • *Adult tshirt sizing small to 5XL is available in most colours 

🧼 How do I wash the clothes?

Turn inside out, wash warm or cold, and tumble dry low-warm. This keeps the prints looking sharp and lasting longer. 

📚 Do you write and publish your own books?

Yes! All of our books are written and designed by The Métis Witch and published through KDP. You’ll find gothic ABCs, witchy number books, spooky activity workbooks, and more — perfect for alternative parents raising little rebels. We also have a line of adult books from our cosmic starseed book "You're Not From Here" to our gentle shadow work journal...

💻 How do digital downloads work?

After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your file. Downloads never expire, so you can re-download any time you need. If you have any trouble at all with your downloads please reach out to us through our contact page or on any of our socials.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shopify Payments. (*Note all payments are processed through shopify so your payment info is always safe and secure!)

🔄 Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our products are handmade and printed for you after purchase we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue, reach out to us and we’ll make it right. Above all we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase 💕 For sizing issues we will happily exchange, however you will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

🌑 Do you take custom requests?

Yes! If you’d like a personalized design or custom size, send us a message — we love creating unique pieces.
